Oli Help & Content Policy

This help and content policy applies between you, the User of the Oli Mobile Application and Inova Online Solutions Ltd, the owner and provider of the Oli Mobile Application.

This help and content policy should be read alongside, and in addition to, our Terms and Conditions, which can be found here.

Ask Oli is an open community for people where you can ask questions and provide responses to others based on interests and topics. Our goal is to create a place for expression however there are a base set of rules that we ask all users must adhere to.

We believe that all people are equal in dignity and rights. Ask Oli users have the right to be free from any form of harassment, bullying or violence.

Do not post any sexual or suggestive content involving minors.

Keep it all legal and avoid solicitating or facilitating in prohibited transactions. If you find you're ever asking yourself about the legality of a post before you post it, then it's more than likely not for our community.

Whilst Ask Oli is an open community, please refrain from using any profanity within your posts or responses as this may offend others. At the same token, please also understand that we are all humans so we can't police every offensive word that may have been said by another Oli User.

Respect the privacy of others. Where users have kept their profile and avatar private, revealing someone's personal or confidential information is strictly prohibited.


Anyone found breaking our rules will be asked to stop and your post may be removed.

Break the rules again and it's more than likely you will be banned without warning.

We reserve the right to remove all of your content and delete your account where we see fit.
